Which email providers do you support?
Canopy Mail supports Gmail (via Google OAuth) and any IMAP-compatible email provider including Zoho, Fastmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Outlook.com, and self-hosted mail servers. You can mix different providers in a single account.
Can I try Pro for free?
Yes! Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, you'll automatically be moved to the Free plan. You won't lose any emails - they stay with your email provider. Pro features like snooze, unified inbox, and personalized colors will be disabled.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, you can switch anytime from your account settings. When switching from monthly to yearly, you'll get credit for any unused time on your monthly plan.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your emails. Gmail accounts connect securely through Google OAuth (we never see your Google password). IMAP credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We only access what's needed to display your inbox.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
